@TheCaliOps any type of moving tide is best for rockfish, the transition from hi to lo and lo to hi is usually considered better. for the eels, just cut chop into two-inch pieces and fry em up!
do you know what the best tides for rockfishing is on that jetty? (not poke poling) and how do you usually cook the eel
