Ok, we uploaded the fun video a few days back..now for the long babbling blog one! I’m carp fishing the bend in the river in Uxbridge. This is my go to winter spot and I will be putting some pressure on it over the next few weeks in hopes of bagging some of the big wary carp that hang out in the deep dark holes. Anyway thanks for watching and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it! One of the things I’ll mention in the video is a recent , good , experience with a Canadian online tackle shop. New World Carp Tackle. They have a good range of bits and bobs, the price is fair and shipping was prompt. They also pack their goods with enviro-friendly rig foam peanuts! How awesome! I’ll be uploading a brief commercial for them as well. www.newworldcarp.com “Blackstone Carp” Presents Massachusetts Angler Rhode Island River Fishing American pond “Mirror carp” lake “Common carp” DAT Food Boilies particle mix “how to fish” boilie “pop up” bait braid coat blackstonecarp newgrounds “hd gopro camera” “underwater video” “fishing blog” outdoor sports funny entertaining awesome “carp fishing” “big carp” Karp karpe peche carpe carpa karpfen “hair rig” “carp rig” cinematography “catch fish” “how to catch carp”

@clark144 The Blackstone River is 99% Mirror carp..all other water ways in the state are mostly common. So yeah still a treat outside of a few water ways most in our country are commons.
Great video Erik and some absolutely stunning fish you had there mate. Awesome winter colours on them. Good luck for your next session
some great carp Erik, lovely mirrors mate, they seem to be abit more frequent in your areas compared to some places in america, or are they still a super rare treat
?
@CarefulCarping Thanks bud. You only missed the greatest part of the video! I kid..I think the best part happened in the first like 5 minutes when I hit the 15..the rest is just icing on the cake, so to speak lol. I do love some of the mirrors here though, which is why this is my favorite river to fish ..and Massachusetts has quite a few good ones.
@kingfisher4522 Thanks. They do, luckily there is a nice section of calmer water and a back current. Long as we keep em out of the main channel we only have to deal with their strength, not the current as well. Love the orange and red tints to em..stunning fish, I think it every one I catch.
great fish, great video matey
Great stuff Erik, those carp must pull hard in that current. They have stunning colours in the cold water too!!!
What a brilliant video, got to 20 minutes and now being rudely interupted :@ so il have to watch the 10 mins later, the carp are dead pretty id love to catch a big fully scaled one like that, not had a fully scaled over 4lb lol. Keep up these cracking vids
@fenlandfisherman Thanks bud. Some of these fish are untouched and the colors are just..breathtaking.
